Our Story
Retreatry was born out of a frustrating experience that every HR professional in India knows too well. Planning a corporate offsite meant weeks of cold-calling resorts, sifting through outdated websites, requesting quotes that never arrived on time, and comparing proposals in unwieldy spreadsheets.
Our founders experienced this firsthand while organizing team retreats at a fast-growing Bengaluru startup. What should have been an exciting project turned into a logistical nightmare. They realized that while India has thousands of incredible venues perfectly suited for corporate events -- from heritage havelis in Rajasthan to beachfront resorts in Goa to hill station retreats in Himachal -- there was no efficient way to discover and compare them.
At the same time, venue owners were struggling to reach corporate clients. Many exceptional properties relied entirely on word-of-mouth or expensive travel aggregators that didn't cater to the unique needs of B2B event planning.
Retreatry bridges this gap. We built a purpose-designed platform where HR managers can submit a single Request for Proposal and receive tailored responses from curated venues. Venue owners get a dedicated channel to showcase their properties to verified corporate clients. The result is a marketplace where both sides win -- better offsites for teams, and better business for venues.
Launched in 2025, Retreatry is headquartered in Mumbai and serves organizations across India, from early-stage startups to enterprise companies. We are on a mission to make every corporate offsite a memorable, well-planned experience.
