Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Retreatry platform ("Service"), operated by Retronym Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including HR managers, venue owners, event attendees, and administrators. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

Retreatry is a B2B SaaS marketplace that connects corporate organizations with venue providers for planning and booking corporate offsites, retreats, and team-building events across India. The platform facilitates the submission and management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), venue discovery, proposal comparison, and event coordination.

We act as an intermediary platform and do not own, operate, or manage any venues listed on the Service. All venue listings, pricing, and availability are provided by third-party venue owners and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accounts are subject to approval by our administration team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is found to contain inaccurate information. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each user account is associated with a specific role: HR Manager, Venue Owner, Attendee, or Administrator. You agree to use the Service only within the scope of your assigned role and not to attempt to access features or data beyond your authorization level.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in venue listings, RFPs, or proposals.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without prior written consent.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam to other users.
• Circumvent the platform to negotiate directly with venues or organizations discovered through the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the nature of your organization.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Retronym Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including venue descriptions, photographs, proposals, and RFP details. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Company does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any venue listed on the platform. We are not responsible for any disputes between HR managers and venue owners, including but not limited to issues related to booking cancellations, venue conditions, or service quality.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
